Description
Arwen's Coronation Gown from LOTR Return of the king.
Crown is completely handmade and is made of metal, silver leaf, glass paint and swarowski crystals.
The dress is made of velvet and silk. I ordered 11 yards of velvet from France to match the colour in the film. I dyed the lower inner sleeves by hand to give them a sublime yellow tone (it's not visible in the pic, but in real life) The sleeves and necklines are handembroidered (every single bead).
It was a pain to create this costume.
