Oh, this is lovely! I like that you chose to depict Mandos as a solemn but beautiful place flooded with light rather than something dark and oppressive. Great work on the composition, architecture and colours, too!
I've always had the impression that the halls of Mandos are what you make of them. If you have a worried and restless soul you are up for a long, dark and gloomy stay, but if you have lived a good and full life the time you spend there is quite pleasant. Hm, I like that! Quite an interesting interpretation, and feasible too. (I've read too many dark-gloomy-prisonlike-Mandos fanfics and they somehow don't fit my idea of Mandos at all, so your painting is doubly awesome!)
